June, 2011 - Kiwanis Lakeshore Golf Tournament Fundraiser Benefits WIAIH
As in previous years our annual golf tournament serves as an opportunity to showcase the exceptional work carried out by the West Island Association for Intellectually Handicapped (WIAIH). Their mission is to enhance the lives of people with an intellectual disability or autism, provide support to their families, maintain and develop innovative services, and sensitize the community.
Seen above is Jacques Dubuc, President of Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore Montreal, presenting a cheque for $10,000 to Natalie Chapman, Executive Director of WIAIH (left) and Mary Rainville, Co-ordinator of Valois Residence (WIAIH).
