  • Skylar is a caring, soft-spoken, and personable young man who has been an active hockey player and athlete in the community, as well as a solid member of the Westmount High School community. During his grade 9 and 10 years, Skylar faced personal challenges that impacted his ability to function at school and in the activities he loved. With unwavering support from his family, school, and medical team, Skylar persevered and rebounded. He achieved remarkable personal and academic success in grade 11 and is now thriving at college. An advocate for wellness and mental health, Skylar remains grateful to the community that supported him when he needed it most.

  • Tucker is a kind, genuine young man who brings warmth and positivity to everyone around him. Known for his helpful nature and easygoing personality, Tucker quietly makes a difference—whether lending a hand to classmates or supporting his teachers. At Westmount High, he faced challenges with ADHD and dyslexia with determination and resilience. While academics didn't always come easily, his kindness, effort, and steady spirit stood out in every interaction. The youngest of three, Tucker is independent, funny, and down-to-earth, happiest when active—whether playing hockey (a passion since age four) or rock climbing. He gives back to his community by helping his family deliver holiday gifts to children at Batshaw and food to struggling families new to Montreal. This fall, Tucker began a Cabinetmaking vocational program at Rosemont Technology Centre, where he is thriving.
